We build where we live
Building homes across the valley, with a deep understanding of home.
Al Rawa opened in Kupwara in 2006 as a building material store. We still stock the materials, but we also deliver them, put labour on site, take on full house construction and help with the drawings.
Who we work for has not changed either: families building their first home, contractors working through the winter, and neighbours who have come back for a second house, then a third.

20 years in the valley
Al Rawa opened in Kupwara in 2006, selling cement and building materials to a handful of local builders.
Since then we have served more than 4,000 customers across Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, and grown from a material store into a business that can take a house from the first load of cement to the last coat of paint.
